Jeff Crotto is the owner and founder of All About Events. After a wide-ranging career dealing with clients in a variety of fields, Jeff started All About Events in 2010 because he believed the rental industry in Jacksonville severely needed a dose of great customer service. When Jeff is not at work he is spending time with his girlfriend Sarah and family, helping lead the American Rental Association or catching a concert somewhere in the southeast.
As Business Development Manager, William is responsible for managing the inside and outside sales team. He joined All About Events in February 2015 after more than 15 years in various sales and management positions. William, along with his partner Jess, have a blended family of 4 beautiful kids and one high maintenance cocker spaniel. He enjoys Saturdays by the pool and Bloody Mary’s on Sunday.
Bill was born and raised just outside of Boston, MA. Growing up a large Irish Family, Bill learned at an early age the strength and power of Family! A lesson Bill uses in his daily management style to this day After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Westfield State College, Bill eventually settled in South Florida and began his career in operations. Learning from some the most talented men and women he worked with, Bill found great success in his roles and quickly advanced through the ranks excelling in "responsible stewardship."
Before joining the AAE Family, Bill served as VP of Operations for one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the country. Combining his appreciation and respect for his people, Bill continues to learn and develop new ways to motivate his teams.
Bill and his wife Michele relocated to Jacksonville in 2018 with their two amazing rescue dogs, Natty & Riley, and loves watching the Patriots.
Stephen’s job as Warehouse Manager requires him to help ensure our success by accurately preparing and processing the items on our client’s reservations. He has been with the company since 2017. In his spare time, he has the privilege of sponsoring men in sobriety and enjoying a full life with his fiancé, Kim, and their two rescue dogs.
As Warehouse Manager, Devin is responsible for the upkeep of our inventory and overseeing quality control. Other than sales, Devin has done every other job in the company and trained others to do most of them too since he started with the company in 2014. He got married in 2015 and has two lovely daughters. Outside of work you will find Devin with his family playing tag, camping, fishing, and boating. He’s loves having a growing family while being a part of our growing team also.
As Assistant Transportation Manager, Cody strives to make sure Him and his crew Go Above and Beyond to have Clients Excited and Ready for their Event. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Cody has been part of the Team since 2021. Cody loves to see how happy clients are when they see how amazing their event looks. He loves spending his free time With his wife and kids.
As Director of Community and Team Engagement, Jen is responsible for not only building and maintaining positive customer relationships, but also to create and sustain a healthy work environment for our team members. She has been a part of team since 2017, with more than 25 years in the event industry. Jenifer has been married to her husband, Bryan since 1998 and has beautiful boy/girl twins. She also has a cat named Princess and a dog named Fiona. No Shrek jokes please. It was a total accident!
Jess joined the AAE team in 2023. Jess grew up in Key West, surrounded by tourism, events and parties. This upbringing led to her passion for the hospitality industry. Jess graduated from highly acclaimed Rosen College with a degree in Event Management. When she’s not shopping you will find her out and about with her dog Taffer.
Meet Dani! She joined the All About Events team in 2023 as an Event Rental Specialist after over 6 years in the hospitality industry. Her vast experience in hotel and catering sales have already proven to be advantageous during her time at AAE. She is passionate about traveling, playing/watching sports (except when the Jags lose) and cooking.
Mya has been a part of the AAE team since 2022. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business management from the University of North Florida, Mya has the skills to create unique and personalized events for her clients. She has several years of experience in the hospitality industry and strives to make your event the best it can be! When she is not in the office, you can find her cheering on the Packers and enjoying some quality time with her dog, Jack.
Hayley is the first one you see when you step into our showroom and the first voice you hear when you give us a call. With a spunky personality, she will ensure you get to the right person to make your event the best. She started at AAE in 2022. She is born and raised in Jacksonville and when she isn’t working she enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend Dustin and their two dogs, Bella and Shadow. Walking on a nature trail, watching the Jags and taking little weekend get aways.
As Lead Delivery Service Representative Kyle is responsible for leading crews in the installation of tents and all other rental equipment for our customers. He was born and raised in Southern Illinois and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the spring of 2020 with his wife, kids, and dogs. He started with All About Events that same year and quickly learned the business so that he could always make our clients happy and excited for the special event!
Anthony was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Anthony started with All About Events in early 2023 and quickly learned the ins and outs of the business so that he could satisfy our clients and make them excited to work with us again in the future. Anthony epitomizes the work ethic we look for in all our Team Leads!
John joined All About Events in 2023 and quickly has become an integral part of the team. He takes a great deal of pride in his skill set and it brings him great joy to see a client satisfied with a job well done. John is the father to a 16-year-old son. He enjoys mountain biking, camping, and drawing in his free time.
Kervin Petit, who we all refer to as "K", joined us in 2021. K has been promoted to Team Lead and is responsible for our Tent Department. K’s is the reason the tent at your wedding or event is so clean. In addition to that he is responsible for keeping all the tent inventory organized and making repairs, when necessary. In his down time, K is into motorsports and spending time with his family and friends.
Jon joined the AAE team in 2022 as an Inventory Prep Specialist. Jon has since been promoted to a Team Lead and is responsible for the quality control in the warehouse, prepping orders for both delivery and customer pick up. When he’s not at work, Jon enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his friends.
