Jeff Crotto is the owner and founder of All About Events. After a wide-ranging career dealing with clients in a variety of fields, Jeff started All About Events in 2010 because he believed the rental industry in Jacksonville severely needed a dose of great customer service. When Jeff is not at work he is volunteering for the American Rental Association, spending time with his charming black Lab, Lucky, or catching a game or concert somewhere in the southeast.
As Business Development Manager, William is responsible for managing the inside and outside sales team. He joined All About Events in February 2015 after more than 15 years in various sales and management positions. William, along with his partner Jess, have a blended family of 4 beautiful kids and one high maintenance cocker spaniel. He enjoys Saturdays by the pool and Bloody Mary’s on Sunday.
As Operations Manager, Graham is responsible for managing the delivery crews daily. He was raised in Iowa where he attended the University of Iowa and received his Batchelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business Management. He moved to Jacksonville in 2015 and came to All About Events in the summer of 2021 where he has put over a decade of high-volume management experience to work. His goal is to ensure all our clients are completely satisfied with our delivery services & rental equipment.
As Warehouse Manager, Devin is responsible for the upkeep of our inventory and overseeing quality control. Other than sales, Devin has done every other job in the company and trained others to do most of them too since he started with the company in 2014. He got married in 2015 and has two lovely daughters. Outside of work you will find Devin with his family playing tag, camping, fishing, and boating. He’s loves having a growing family while being a part of our growing team also.
As Fulfillment Manager, Dan is responsible for managing our Event Equipment Loaders as well as handling all logistical needs for the company. Dan is the longest tenured team member, starting all the way back in May of 2014. He started at an entry level position and worked his way up. Dan loves spending time with his wife and kids. When he is not at work he enjoys participating in community outreach with his church.
Stephen’s job as Assistant Warehouse Manager requires him help ensure our success by accurately preparing and processing the items on our client’s reservations. He has been with the company since 2017. In his spare time, he has the privilege of sponsoring men in sobriety and enjoying a full life with his girlfriend, Kim, and their two rescue dogs.
As the Business Development and Engagement Specialist, Jen is responsible for not only building and maintaining positive customer relationships, but also to create and sustain a healthy work environment for our team members. She has been a part of the team since 2018, with more than 25 years in the event industry. Jenifer has been married to her husband, Bryan since 1998 and has beautiful boy/girl twins. She also has a cat named Princess and a dog named Fiona. No Shrek jokes please. It was a total accident!
As the Senior Event Rental Specialist, Tori brings to you, experience and quickness. With her love for design and specialties in logistics and planning, she won’t just stop at sending you a quote. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have just what you need. Graduating from the Rosen College of Hospitality at UCF with her degree in Event Management, she has been a member of the AAE team since 2018. When she is not at AAE you still may see her out at events working events behind the scenes or at the bar or possibly just wait staffing. This one is not afraid of getting her hands dirty and staying busy.
Bethany is one of our Event Rental Specialists who assists clients with finding the perfect items to bring their events to life. Bethany has been with the team since 2021 and is passionate about wedding planning and design. When not working, you can find her traveling to a new place, at happy hour, or snuggling with her cat Graycee Mae.
As Lead Delivery Service Representative Kyle is responsible for leading crews in the installation of tents and all other rental equipment for our customers. He was born and raised in Southern Illinois and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the spring of 2020 with his wife, kids, and dogs. He started with All About Events that same year and quickly learned the business so that he could always make our clients happy and excited for the special event!
As one of the Lead Delivery Service Representatives, George is responsible for his delivery crew and to make sure the client’s event and experience exceeds their expectations. Born in Queens, NY and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, George has been a member of the team since 2021. George’s favorite part of the job is seeing the look on our clients face and to hear their feedback after their event turned out wonderfully!
Eric has been a part of the team since 2021. He started as a Delivery Service Representative and after a few months in that role, he was promoted to the position of Lead Event Equipment Loader. Eric and his team are responsible for the safe loading and unloading of all rental equipment scheduled for delivery. In addition to working countless hours, Eric spends time at home with his wife and their 2 fur babies, Or gaming out on the newest games.
