Jeff Crotto is the owner and founder of All About Events. After a wide-ranging career dealing with clients in a variety of fields, Jeff started All About Events in 2010 because he believed the rental industry in Jacksonville severely needed a dose of great customer service. When Jeff is not at work he is spending time with his soon-to-be-wife Sarah, their kids and family, helping lead the American Rental Association or traveling the southeast for a sporting event.
Stephen’s job as Warehouse Manager requires him to help ensure our success by accurately preparing and processing the items on our client’s reservations. He has been with the company since 2017. In his spare time, he has the privilege of sponsoring men in sobriety and enjoying a full life with his wife, Kim, and their two rescue dogs.
A Jacksonville native, Ty Bolden brings over 15 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship to his role as the Business Development Manager. With a master’s degree in business management and a background as a former college athlete, Ty deeply values teamwork and excels at coaching his sales team to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Ty dedicates his free time to coaching youth sports and mentoring aspiring business owners.
As Field Manager, Jeremy is dedicated to perfect installations and customer service on-site. Jeremy joined AAE team in early 2024 after serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an Aegis Technician. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and frequently participating in local events.
As Director of Community and Team Engagement, Jen is responsible for not only building and maintaining positive customer relationships but also for creating and sustaining a healthy work environment for our team members. She has been a part of the team since 2017, with more than 25 years in the event industry. Jenifer has been married to her husband, Bryan since 1998 and has beautiful boy/girl twins. She also has two adorable Mini Labradoodles, Fiona and Millie.
As Linen Manager, Devin is responsible for those perfectly crisp linens our clients have come to expect. Other than sales, Devin has done every other job in the company and trained others to do most of them too since he started with the company in 2014. He has two lovely daughters. Outside of work you will find Devin camping, fishing, and boating. He’s loves watching his girls grow, while being a part of our growing team also.
After a brief hiatus, Dan has returned to All About Events. Any client who has ever had an interaction with Dan knows he cares as much about their event and that everything will be perfect as they do. Dan’s unique approach, knowledge of our inventory and all the nuances of Jacksonville event venues make him a huge asset to our team. When Dan is not at work, you will find him spending time with his wife and kids or volunteering at his church.
Jon joined the AAE team in 2022 as an Inventory Prep Specialist. Jon has since been promoted to a team lead and now Assistant Warehouse Manager. He is responsible for the quality control in the warehouse, prepping orders for both delivery and customer pick up. When he’s not at work, Jon enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his friends.
Samantha recently joined our team as an Event Rental Specialist and is excited to help make your event unforgettable. With a passion for creating seamless and memorable experiences, she is eager to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to every occasion. Outside of work, Samantha loves exploring the magic of Disney World with her fiancé and young son. Whether she’s helping to plan your special day or enjoying quality time with her family, Samantha brings a touch of joy and creativity to everything she does.
Olivia has been working at All About Events since August 2023, channeling her passion for design and creativity into her role. Born and raised in Ohio, she moved to Florida four years ago, where she enjoys thrifting, baking, and diving into her latest DIY projects. Olivia is currently continuing her education at FSCJ, pursuing a degree in Digital Media to deepen her knowledge of design in the event industry.
Taylor joined the All About Events team in 2023. Starting in Sales before transitioning to a quality assurance role in the warehouse, she knows exactly what expectations customers have for their event rentals. In her role as a QA Specialist, Taylor is responsible for making sure every item is up to AAE standards. In her spare time, you can find her baking cookies for her family, friends, and (most importantly) her coworkers. She also loves spending time outdoors with her husband and her pup, Sedona!
Maureen’s job requires her to engage with customers either in person or over the phone, and with over 25 years in the field of customer service from schools to elder care, Maureen handles customer service with quality and care. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys photography and spending time with her grown daughters Lauren and Emily and also loves walking on the beach with her husband Rich and her pup Maggie.
Megan, born in Amarillo, Texas, began her career as an Accounting Specialist with All About Events in 2023. She brings strong analytical skills along with supporting seamless event operations. Outside of the office, Megan enjoys outdoor activities and is dedicated to fine-tuning her skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Anthony was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Anthony started with All About Events in early 2023 and quickly learned the ins and outs of the business so that he could satisfy our clients and make them excited to work with us again in the future. Anthony epitomizes the work ethic we look for in all our Team Leads!
Kervin Petit, who we all refer to as "K", joined us in 2021. K has been promoted to Team Lead and is responsible for our Tent Department. K’s is the reason the tent at your wedding or event is so clean. In addition to that he is responsible for keeping all the tent inventory organized and making repairs, when necessary. In his down time, K is into motorsports and spending time with his family and friends.
Bailey has been a key member of the All About Events family since 2021. In her time with AAE, she has had many notable accomplishments. One of which being promoted to team lead because of her ability to quickly adapt to any situation. When Bailey is not working hard to make your event amazing, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and riding around in her Jeep, who she lovingly named Gretchen!
