Jeff Crotto Owner

Jeff Crotto is the owner and founder of All About Events. After a wide-ranging career dealing with clients in a variety of fields, Jeff started All About Events in 2010 because he believed the rental industry in Jacksonville severely needed a dose of great customer service. When Jeff is not at work he is spending time with his wife Sarah, their kids and family, helping lead the American Rental Association or traveling the southeast for a sporting event.

Ty Bolden

Ty Bolden General Manager

A Jacksonville native, Ty Bolden brings over 15 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship to his role as the General Manager. With a master’s degree in business management and a background as a former college athlete, Ty deeply values teamwork and excels at coaching his sales team to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Ty dedicates his free time to coaching youth sports and mentoring aspiring business owners.

Jeremy Henson

Jeremy Henson Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jeremy is dedicated to perfect installations and customer service on-site. Jeremy joined AAE team in early 2024 after serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an Aegis Technician. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and frequently participating in local events.

Donny Posey

Donny Posey Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, Donny plays an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. He oversees inventory, maintains equipment, and ensures every rental is prepared with care and attention to detail. With a strong work ethic and a heart for serving others, Donny is known for his reliability, integrity, and commitment to doing things the right way. He takes pride in supporting his team and creating a seamless experience behind the scenes, helping reflect the values that matter most both in and out of the workplace. Outside of work, Donny enjoys the outdoors, riding motorcycles, and values time with family and friends.

Dan Capps

Dan Capps Logistics Manager

After a brief hiatus, Dan has returned to All About Events. Any client who has ever had an interaction with Dan knows he cares as much about their event and that everything will be perfect as they do. Dan’s unique approach, knowledge of our inventory and all the nuances of Jacksonville event venues make him a huge asset to our team. When Dan is not at work, you will find him spending time with his wife and kids or volunteering at his church.

Ginny Ferguson

Ginny Ferguson Controller

Although not originally from Jacksonville, Ginny has called it home for over 40 years. With 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, she took a step back a few years ago and recently stepped further into a more relaxed pace of life as Controller of All About Events. Ginny is married with three grown children and enjoys gardening and traveling with her Little Guy travel trailer.

Kervin Petit

Kervin Petit Assistant Warehouse Manager

Kervin Petit, who we all refer to as "K", joined us in 2021. K has recently been promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager. K helps Devin ensure the warehouse is running smoothly and all our products go out in the pristine condition our clients have come to expect. K managed our tent department for a few years before moving into his new role. In his down time, K is into motorsports and spending time with his family and friends.

Jen Wolcott

Jen Wolcott People and Culture

As our leader of people and culture, Jen is responsible for not only building and maintaining positive customer relationships but also for creating and sustaining a healthy work environment for our team members. She has been a part of the team since 2017, with more than 25 years in the event industry. Jenifer is married with two children and she also has two super cute Mini Labradoodles.

Olivia Marceau

Olivia Marceau Business Development Specialist

As AAE’s new Business Development Manager, Olivia is responsible for building strong client relationships and helping connect customers with the perfect rentals for their events. She joined the team with over 10 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, having previously worked at bridal boutiques in Columbus Ohio, wedding venues in St Augustine, and catering in Jacksonville. Olivia is passionate about creating memorable experiences and supporting the local event community. Outside of work, she loves trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Samantha Ellis

Samantha Ellis Lead Event Rental Specialist

Samantha recently joined our team as an Event Rental Specialist and is excited to help make your event unforgettable. With a passion for creating seamless and memorable experiences, she is eager to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to every occasion. Outside of work, Samantha loves exploring the magic of Disney World with her fiancé and young son. Whether she’s helping to plan your special day or enjoying quality time with her family, Samantha brings a touch of joy and creativity to everything she does.

Olivia McKee

Olivia McKee Event Rental Specialist

Olivia has been working at All About Events since August 2023, channeling her passion for design and creativity into her role. Born and raised in Ohio, she moved to Florida four years ago, where she enjoys thrifting, baking, and diving into her latest DIY projects. Olivia is currently continuing her education at FSCJ, pursuing a degree in Digital Media to deepen her knowledge of design in the event industry.

Keeli Scarlett

Keeli Scarlett Event Rental Specialist

Keeli joined the All About Events team as an Event Rental Assistant, bringing her creativity and passion for connection to the sales team. A 2023 graduate of Flagler College with a degree in Public Relations, Keeli’s background and passion for storytelling help her bring clients' event ideas to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring her hometown of Jacksonville and expressing her artistry as a face painter.

Sara Salumna

Sara Saluma Caroll-Hanner Receptionist

Sara Saluma, a Jacksonville native, possesses 15 years of experience in customer service. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive support. During her personal time, she enjoys reading or crocheting.

Anthony Smith

Anthony Smith Field Manager

Anthony was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Anthony started with All About Events in early 2023 and quickly learned the ins and outs of the business so that he could satisfy our clients and make them excited to work with us again in the future. Anthony epitomizes the work ethic we look for in all our Team Leads!
